Eddie’s Haircut and Shave New Location!
Please visit our second Barbershop on First Avenue, between 69th & 70th Streets.
Our new store is structured similarly to our current 359 East 68th Street venue, offering many of the same quality men’s grooming services to which you have been accustomed – along with the addition of manicures and private-station pedicures.
We want to take this opportunity to give a special Thank You to all of our loyal clients, as it is your commitment and continued support that has allowed for our expansion.

Since 1959 the neighborhood has known Jack’s Hairstyling, located just west of First Avenue on 68th Street, right across the street from St. Catherine’s park and playground.
The shop is an old and favorite institution which has survived the influx of so many trendy hair salons. It is frequented by very loyal local residents, hospital employees, policemen, etc.
The barbershop has recently changed hands: ownership has passed from Jack, who retired, to Eddie, who has worked there since 1996. The shop now bears the name Eddie’s Haircut & Shave, and is committed to maintaining the friendly neighborhood tradition.
