What is the difference between a barber and a photographer? 
If you answered “ quite a lot ”, that would be true in most cases  -– just not in mine. You see, it wasn’t all that long ago when I was a very accomplished photographer, but getting steady work in the city proved to be a challenge, as I was competing for jobs with many other talented people. So I decided that a career change was in order, and realized that my photographer’s “ eye ” could be put to good use if I were to become a barber.  For weeks I resisted actually enrolling in “ Barber School”, as I felt that it would really signal the end of me as a photographer.  And although it did, now it’s ten years later, and I don’t regret it one bit. I’m a pretty good barber, and I still take pretty good pictures.
